XL helmet mount totally solved the problem of mounting my Brake Free Light onto my LS2 Challenger helmet. The light is a MUST HAVE! The “third” light mounted on the helmet helps protect you against drivers constantly distracted by their mobile device. It may well save your life.! I set to stealth mode wile riding on a group and was praised for its functionality! Get one you won’t be disappointed.

Before this I had super glued two regular mounts on top of each other.

Now I have them on all my helmets!

The algorithm works brilliantly with the gyroscope and every throttle blip down or gear click down immediately lights up!

I use XL size helmets and so I purchased the XL helmet mounts. I have two helmets, one is a Bell Bullitt and the other is a Biltwell Bonanza. Both are retro style helmets. Neither really needed the XL mounts. The Bell fits fine and I will probably leave it with the XL mount for now. But the Biltwell makes the Brake Free unit stand out quite a ways from the helmet and I will definitely be changing it to a normal mount. Hope this info is helpful.
